Venue

The AGN Across Continents and Cosmic Time Conference 2024 will be held between Durham University and Newcastle University. However, most of the workshop will occur in Durham. We will have a day trip to Newcastle, for which transport will be provided. 

The workshop will primarily be based in the Physics and Astronomy buildings of Durham University: at the Ogden Centre West and the next door Rochester Building. We recommend staying in Durham, and accommodation options will be shared on this website. College accommodation will be bookable as part of the registration process.

Durham can be reached from Newcastle airport via a metro and train. Newcastle also has a ferry terminal. Durham can also be reached from other major cities (London, Manchester etc.) via train. More information about transportation options is available here.
